# Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Flowash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile car washing and detailing services ("Services") provided by Flowash ("Flowash," "we," "us," or "our") at locations specified by you, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By booking, accessing, or using our Services through our website, mobile application, or any other means, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

## 1. Definitions

- **"Services"** means the on-location car washing, detailing, and related vehicle care services provided by Flowash.
- **"Service Location"** means the address or location designated by the Customer where the Services are to be performed.
- **"Booking"** means a confirmed request for Services made through our app, website, phone, or other authorized channels.
- **"Crew"** means Flowash's employees, contractors, or authorized representatives who perform the Services.
- **"Vehicle"** means the car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, or other vehicle for which Services are requested.

## 2. Eligibility

To book our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By making a Booking, you represent that you are either the owner of the Vehicle or have the legal authority of the owner to request the Services.

## 3. Service Description

Flowash provides mobile car washing and detailing services delivered directly to the Customer's chosen location, including residences, offices, parking lots, and other accessible sites. Service packages, inclusions, and pricing are described on our website and mobile application and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any Service at our sole discretion, including in cases where the Vehicle's condition, the Service Location, or weather conditions make safe and effective service impossible.

## 4. Bookings and Scheduling

### 4.1 How to Book
Bookings can be made through the Flowash mobile application, website, customer service hotline, or other authorized channels. A Booking is confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation from Flowash.

### 4.2 Arrival Window
While we strive to arrive at the exact scheduled time, we operate within a reasonable arrival window. Traffic, weather, and prior service durations may cause minor delays. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay.

### 4.3 Customer Availability
You must ensure that the Vehicle is accessible at the Service Location during the scheduled appointment. If the Vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible upon our Crew's arrival, the appointment may be canceled and a no-show fee may apply (see Section 7).

## 5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our Services, you agree to:

- Provide accurate information about the Vehicle, the Service Location, and any special requirements.
- Ensure the Service Location is safe, accessible, and legally permitted for car washing activities.
- Obtain any necessary permissions from property owners, building management, homeowners' associations, or other authorities before booking. Flowash is not responsible for fines, penalties, or disputes arising from unauthorized service at any location.
- Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the Vehicle prior to service. Flowash is not liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of items left inside the Vehicle.
- Disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or sensitive components of the Vehicle (such as aftermarket modifications, cracked windshields, peeling paint, loose trim, or non-functional electronics) before service begins.
- Provide reasonable access to water and/or electricity if specified in your service package. Most Flowash packages are self-contained, but certain services may require these utilities.

## 6. Pricing and Payment

### 6.1 Pricing
Service prices are listed on our website, mobile application, and other authorized channels. Prices may vary based on Vehicle size, type, condition, location, and selected package. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

### 6.2 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Excessively dirty Vehicles requiring extra time or materials.
- Pet hair, vomit, food spills, mud, sand, paint, or other heavy soiling.
- Travel surcharges for locations outside our standard service area.
- Add-on services requested at the time of service.

You will be informed of any additional charges before they are applied whenever possible.

### 6.3 Payment Methods
Payment is accepted through methods specified in our app or website, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash where available. Full payment is due upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

### 6.4 Failed Payments
If payment is unsuccessful, Flowash reserves the right to suspend future Bookings until the outstanding balance is settled and to pursue collection through lawful means.

## 7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

### 7.1 Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than [24] hours before the scheduled appointment: full refund or no charge.
- Cancellations made within [24] hours of the scheduled appointment: a cancellation fee of up to [50%] of the booking value may apply.
- Cancellations after the Crew has arrived at the Service Location: full charge applies.

### 7.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if the request is made at least [24] hours in advance, subject to availability.

### 7.3 No-Shows
If the Crew arrives at the Service Location and the Vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or the Customer cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and the full Service fee may be charged.

### 7.4 Cancellations by Flowash
Flowash reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Bookings due to weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, staff unavailability, or other reasons. In such cases, you will not be charged, and we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

## 8. Weather Policy

For your safety and to ensure quality results, Flowash may delay, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to heavy rain, storms, extreme temperatures, sandstorms, or other adverse weather conditions. Light rain or mild conditions generally do not affect service. Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Flowash.

## 9. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

Our Crew performs a brief visual inspection of the Vehicle before commencing Services. By accepting our Services, you acknowledge:

- Flowash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, rust, oxidation, water spots, faded paint, cracked or chipped glass, loose trim, or worn rubber seals.
- Aged, damaged, or poorly maintained Vehicles may experience wear during normal washing procedures, and Flowash is not liable for such outcomes.
- Aftermarket parts, decals, wraps, or modifications must be disclosed in advance. Flowash is not responsible for damage to undisclosed modifications.
- Interior surfaces, including leather, fabric, plastic, and wood, may show pre-existing wear that is unaffected by detailing services.

## 10. Liability and Damage Claims

### 10.1 Limited Liability
Flowash takes care to provide professional Services. However, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.

### 10.2 Damage Claims
Any claim for damage allegedly caused by Flowash must be reported to our Crew immediately upon completion of the Service and submitted in writing to our customer service team within [48] hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Photographs and supporting evidence are required to process any claim.

### 10.3 Exclusions
Flowash shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of Vehicle use, rental costs, or loss of income.
- Damage resulting from undisclosed Vehicle conditions or pre-existing issues.
- Damage to items left inside the Vehicle.
- Acts of God, theft, vandalism, or third-party actions occurring at the Service Location.

## 11. Insurance

Flowash maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations as required by applicable law. Details may be provided upon reasonable request.

## 12. Service Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the Service, please notify our Crew before they leave the Service Location, or contact our customer service team within [24] hours. We will make reasonable efforts to remedy the issue, which may include re-performing the Service at no additional cost. Refunds, where granted, are issued at the sole discretion of Flowash.

## 13. Use of the Flowash Application and Website

By using our digital platforms, you agree not to:
- Use the platforms for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platforms' functionality.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

## 14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

## 15. Promotions, Discounts, and Loyalty Programs

Flowash may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, and loyalty programs from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Flowash reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion or loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

## 16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flowash website, mobile application, and marketing materials, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Flowash or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.

## 17. Force Majeure

Flowash shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures.

## 18. Modifications to These Terms

Flowash reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or mobile application. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

## 19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

## 21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flowash regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
